COVID-19 Safety Protocols
1) Patient Intake forms- Are available on our website and can be brought in completed prior to your appointment.
2) Protective Equipment and Cleaning supplies- Masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer are available for the Doctor, Employees, and patients as well.
3) Cleaning of Equipment and Surfaces- All equipment and surfaces will be cleaned after each exam and throughout the day.
4) Frame Selection safety- Sanitized trays will be provided for patients to place frame selections. Our associates will disinfect all of our frames.
5) Hand hygiene- Our associates will thoroughly wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds after each patient interaction. Hand sanitizer is also available all around the clinic, for the patients convenience.
We do ask that you reschedule, and please do not come in for your appointment , if you are not feeling well.
